I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service. Mechelle did a great job of getting our cockatiels from Chicago to Pasadena last week. They were waiting for us when we arrived at our apartment, so the timing couldn't have worked better. The birds seem no worse for wear, in fact they've been quite perky since we received them!
