Animals we transport:
Dogs, Cats, Hamsters, Guinea Pigs, Snakes, Rabbits, Birds, Ferrets, Gerbils, Turtles, and other Small Animals.
What we do:
- We pick up your animals anywhere and deliver them to another location within your city, state, or nation-wide.
- We deliver your animals on time at their destination . Most trips are overnight but some might take longer. We provide boarding for your animals at our facilities. They will then be transported to you when you are ready to accept them.
- For one price, your animals stay together and travel together.
- We supply everything for transporting your animals with the exception of their food. The kennels we use are cleaned and sanitized after every trip.
What we provide:
- We supply the shipping containers for transport which includes their bedding and bowls for food and water.
- We supply fresh drinking water.
- We use air conditioned and heated vehicles.
- Each animal is insured for $400.00. This is included in the price we charge your for delivery. You may order extra insurance if necessary.
- All of our drivers carry mobile phones and can be contacted at any time. You may also contact our office for updates if necessary.
- We provide a comfortable and stress free environment for your animals!
What you do:
- Provide us with an in-state health certificate less than 10 days old.
- Provide us with a copy of your animal's vaccination records.
- Provide us with your pet's medications as well as written instructions for medicating.
- Provide us with any toys your animal might enjoy while traveling.
- Complete and sign 3 forms: medical release form, terms and conditions for emergency payment to veterinarian, and our pet history form.
- We prefer that each pet has a collar with current tags and would like a picture of them if possible.
Payment:
- All services must be paid in full in advance of transport.
- We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, or check for payment. Please allow at least 5 working days for checks to clear.
- If you pay by credit card we require payment at the time of contract being received. If you cancel the day before scheduled pick up date we will give you 100% of your money back.
- If you want to pay by check it must arrive to us within 7 days of transport. We also will refund 100% if you cancel the day before the trip.
- If you wish to pay any other way you must get approval from us first.
